1. Video can be uploaded from your Youtube account OR it can be uploaded in the following formats: MOV (.mov), MPEG-4 (.mp4), FLV (.flv), or WMV (.wmv)
2. Ensure your video is absent of third-party intellectual property or copyright-protected content (logos on shirts, brands visible in background etc.).
3. Print and upload signed release / parent permission forms for ALL students in the photo / video.
